What types of products do you offer?
We offer a curated mix of handmade, custom, and thoughtfully sourced items—perfect for gifting or treating yourself. Many of our products can be personalized to make them extra special.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! Customization options are listed on eligible product pages. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?
Processing times vary depending on the item.
• Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 3-5 business days
• Custom items: may take 7-10 business days

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because many of our items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns on personalized products.
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused condition.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
